Positive Reviews

Rooms are clean and lively

These are cosy rooms that you will feel comfortable in, and do live up to the reputation of providing a one of a kind experience. There's fun details about each of them that reflect the Bass Pro Shop lifestyle and persona, and most notable of all, are ver

Spa showers and tubs are pleasing

The bath facilities create a relaxing, spa-like ambiance that complements the rest of the luxurious room. Whether stretching out in the tub or under the rainfall showerhead, it's more than the typical amenities found in many hotels.

Nicely located within the city

This is a nice base for exploring the city, and for being located with so much easily within a short drive, transit ride, or stroll. The rooftop views also present a terrific overview of the city, and give you quite an impression of all there is to see an

Negative Reviews

Extra charges are insulting

Many guests feel that with the room costs alone, they're already spending quite a bit of money that should cover everything. After fees for parking, the elevator, and other amenities are added, they don't feel as if it was still justified.

Experience seems more gimmicky than genuine

There's a considerable impression that a great deal of the stay here is more about caving to gimmicks and typical tourist allures, rather than something that represents a lot of thought put into it. When the bells and whistles are stripped away, the basic

Staff are sometimes overwhelmed

You may encounter long waits even for what seems like a simple request, due to short staff. Those that are on duty become overwhelmed with excessive requests or have to multi-task their responsibilities, which wears on guests' patience.
