      If you love spending time in the water then you will not be disappointed at this hotel. There are various swimming pools and a hot tub, so plenty of space to spend time outdoors.

    • Food and beverages

      Food and beverages Coffee lovers will be thrilled at the Starbucks in the lobby area where you can grab a snack and a hot drink. There is a bar area near the swimming pool so you enjoy the sunshine and watch the world go by. There are various places to grab a bite to eat depending on if you’re after something casual or something more formal and the food has been reported as being very tasty.

    • Comfortable stay

      The guestrooms here are very spacious and kept clean to a high standard. The fridge and microwave is an added bonus and is much appreciated by guests staying more than one night. The beds are very comfortable and the linens used are a good quality, guests have repeatedly mentioned the great night’s sleep they had whilst staying here.

    • You may need to take out an extra mortgage

      The drinks here are very expensive and they soon add up. If travelling here you will need to budget extra for this.

    • Staff problems

      Guests have not been able to decide whether it is down to being under-staffed or if they are just very badly trained, but the service here is severely below par. Complaints include long queues to get a drink, feeling like you’re bothering staff by asking a simple query and struggling to get the wait-staff’s attention.

    • Enforce your own policy

      The hotel has a conservation policy which consists of forgoing housekeeping and new towels and getting a credit towards your hotel bill. Many guests have been happy to take part in this scheme however have not automatically had this amount deducted from their total and have had to fight to have it applied.
