Hotel Donato

The 1-star Hotel Donato has been welcoming guests since 1950. Recently renovated as a three-star Hotel, it remains managed in line with traditions handed down through generations.

The property offers a high level of hospitality, providing guests with a quiet stay in a welcoming place, with all the expected comforts.

In the Spring-Summer season, guests have the use of enchanting open-air spaces. On the ground floor, the garden area is a little quiet oasis where it is possible to rest, reading a book (even from the hotel's own library), or sipping on an aperitif. On the first floor, breakfast and dinner are served in a beautiful terrace, from which guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Lake of Ganzirri.

The hotel is located in a stunning location, between the Lake of Ganzirri and the sea waters of the Straights of Messina, where the Thyrrenian and the Ionian Seas meet. Easily reachable from here are a number of popular tourist sites: Giardini Naxos, Taormina, Mount Etna, Milazzo, Capo D’Orlando, and the Aeolian Islands.

The hotel is located seven miles from Messina centre. Ganzirri itself is renowned for its characteristic lake and its proximity to Capo Peloro.
