Nice Amenities

Guests enjoyed the nice amenities the hotel had to offer which included free Wi-Fi, breakfast and an airport shuttle service that runs 24-hours a day. Guests felt that for the price, these amenities were bonuses to have during the stay. The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle was continuous.

Clean Rooms

Guests found that the rooms were clean and were kept clean during their stay. They enjoyed the clean atmosphere of the rooms and bathrooms. It was nice to have above average rooms for their stay.

Rude Reception

Guests had a hard time with the reception during their check-in times. Some had said the reception lost their booking and therefore had to pay a higher price. They felt the reception was rude and unprofessional.

Expensive Extras

Guests thought the hotel's extra services to be on the expensive side. The hotel's taxi service charges many times over the norm, while the gym, pool and spa area was nothing special.

Airport Hotel

Guests felt that the hotel's location was good for an overnight stay since it is close to the airport. It Is too far from the central area of the city which can be reached with the metro. It was too far for those who wanted to head to the centre.
