Negative Reviews

Phones Are Confusing and Often Don't Work

Guests often mentioned the high-tech phone systems in the rooms and said they were extremely hard to operate. Some guests could not even make the phones work to call the front desk and had to use their mobile phones instead.

The Pools Get Very Crowded

Some guests were put off from using the pools because they said the area got so overrun with people it was often chaotic. Many guests had better results when they planned their pool times to occur during off-peak hours.

Room Service is Slow
