Cheap place near a lot of great sites

Oak Tree Inn is the type of place that fits small budgets and has just the basics when you're in town for a night or two. It's far from fancy, and is essentially perfect for getting a few hours of sleep, and having access to a bathroom and a coffee machine. It's also conveniently located near grocery stores and popular attractions.

Decent breakfast and parking

It's easy to find a parking spot, both upon arrival, and when returning to the hotel. The breakfast is also a plus, consisting mainly of fruits, pastries, and hot drinks. It's just enough to give you some energy or get you ready to hit the road.

Negative Reviews

Rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned

It's very disappointing to check in and see furnishings and fixtures that require much better cleaning and maintenance. The carpets are frayed and dirty, the décor is dingy, and the bathrooms are clearly in need of sharper refreshening.

Difficult to get amenities replenished

You may not be happy if you're staying for a few days and prefer to have a fresh change of towels and/or linens. Requests for replacements aren't always met, or not enough is given to meet preferences. It's also a problem to get enough towels, pillows, and toiletries for everyone in your party.
