Poor room condition

According to the reviewers, the quality of the accommodations in this property does not meet their expectations. The rooms and their fixtures are very poor in terms of overall cleanliness and condition. The floors are dusty and the beds are not kept well. Moreover, there seem to be consistent problems regarding air conditioning units that are either leaking or not working.

Issues with bathrooms

The condition of the bathrooms is way below guests’ satisfaction. They complain about the lack of round-the-clock hot water facilities, as well as the absence of windows or exhaust. Like the rooms, they are also not properly cleaned and prepared upon guests’ check-in.
