Incredibly Nice Staff

Hospitality is a strong suit of the staff at this hotel. Guests have noted that employees make them feel right at home, and go out of their way to accommodate their requests. Others have noticed the service is stellar in an unobtrusive way.

Delicious Food

If you like to eat healthy, then you will be satisfied after your meals just like many other diners. Negative Reviews

Rustic Rooms

Guests who were expecting a little bit more luxury in the rooms said that they fell a little short, and compared the experience to glamping. They said the rooms were a little too rustic for their liking.

Bug Problem

Given its location, the hotel is surrounded by pristine nature including an array of unwelcome visitors like ants, mosquitoes and palmetto bugs. There have been instances were guests reported constant sightings of insects in their rooms, and some even experienced uncomfortable bug bites.

Loungers Sometimes Hard to Come By

Basking under the sun is challenging if you're one of the guests who were not able to find one of the sun loungers, since they tend to get taken earlier in the day. People found the experience to be quite frustrating.
