Positive Reviews

Charming Staff

The staff at the inn are amiable and helpful. You won't have a problem when it comes to issues and they are informative about the area as well.

Top Location In New Orleans

The location is great. You are within walking distance to just about everything. For example, you can easily cross Canal Street to get to the museum district. There is entertainment, dining, and nightlife everywhere. So there's no problem if you want to knock yourself out with activity and come back to the inn for a good rest. It's a great locale for sightseeing other sections of the city.

Quaint, Nicely Decorated Rooms

You will receive fresh linens and your room will be cleaned each day. The beds are nice and not too firm, perfect for a comfortable sleep. There is a Keurig coffeemaker in the room.

Negative Reviews

Wi-Fi Is Ridiculous

The Wi-Fi is of a very poor quality. It's too slow if you can get a connection at all. It seems that public lodging places should know by now about the importance of having a secure, strong Internet connection. It's a must today! Poor Wi-Fi can be a deal breaker with some visitors.

Chatting, Screaming, What's Up?

There seems to be continuous yelling and garbage trucks extremely early each morning making their rounds. The staff at the inn start early as well, and they love to chat quite a lot while on the job. You can easily hear them. You will find visitors who like to party in the courtyard until the wee-hours of the morning too. Visitors going in and out of their rooms slamming doors is irritating.

Vagabonds In The Hood

There are a good number of homeless people and drunks in the neighborhood. It's a bit of a turn-off, though the area does not seem extremely unsafe.
