The kitchens are large and well furnished

The kitchens are well equipped, spacious and contain all the various appliances you might need to use during your stay here such as a kettle, a microwave, an oven and refrigerator. The design is modern and you are able to move around easily.

Lively, friendly and well-informed staff

The staff are very patient and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes are handled in a speedy and efficient manner. They are always eager to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible as they are competent and excel at their duties.

Great location and lovely view of harbor

The hotel is perfectly situated near the harbor where guests have a chance to glimpse at its wonderful views. Its proximity to the beach and numerous attraction sites at a walking distance makes it an ideal spot for a vacation.

Negative Reviews

Wireless internet connectivity speeds are slow

A number of guests were disappointed by the slow Wi-Fi reception. This was particularly noticeable at night when the number of users increases. The speeds are fit for light usage.

A few interior areas in the hotel were dated

A few of the guests who stayed at the hotel were of the opinion that the decor was out-of-date and needed to be replaced in order to make the hotel more attractive. Some pieces of furniture also appeared to be run down and the carpets were a bit threadbare in some areas.

Malfunctioning air conditioning in some rooms

Guests have complained that at times the room becomes excruciatingly hot and adjusting the air conditioner doesn't seem to make any difference as it seems to just blow hot air unless it is turned off totally, which still does not resolve the issue of the room being hot.
