Heritance Tea Factory is located in Nuwara Eliya, in a former tea factory on a plantation.

The 54 rooms of the hotel feature flat screen TVs, free bottled water, tea and coffee making equipment, tea produced on the plantation, large windows, and free Wi-Fi. Upgraded rooms offer DVD players.

The hotel provides guests with a restaurant, two bars, a spa, fitness centre, library, conference room, and putting green.

Every morning guests can enjoy a breakfast buffet. The Kenmare Restaurant and the TCK 6685 Restaurant, located in a converted train car, offer Sri Lankan and international cuisine. For beer, wine and cocktails, guests can visit the Hethersett Bar, and for tea guests can visit the Goatfell Bar.
