Positive Reviews

Lovely pool area with direct access to the beach

Wyndham Oceanside Pier Resort's swimming pool has a special area for kids. There are many sun beds around, which are comfortable for sunbathing. You can also have an invigorating swim at the clean sea. There are no seaweeds and jellyfish so it's safe.

Stunning views from the balcony

Booking a room with a balcony is worth it. It is equipped with two chairs and a table where you can have breakfast, after you cook at the clean kitchen. In addition, you can watch the surfers, splendid boats, and the majestic waves all day and never get tired of it.

Gorgeous lobby

First impressions last. The lobby is beautifully adorned with real plants, glamorous furniture, and sophisticated carpets. The warm smiles and helping hands make your arrival extra special.

Negative Reviews

Hotel can be a bit noisy

The hotel is quiet during most nights. However, there are garbage trucks that come early in the morning. The sound is loud enough to wake up the light sleepers. Thus, you are advised to choose the rooms on the upper floors. The management also made a request to the local government unit so the trucks can come later in the morning.

Neighborhood is not so peaceful

There are some people who'll try to take advantage of you. The local government effectively prevents not-so-good happenings but has not completely eliminated them. Thus, you are encouraged to be alert whenever you are outside the resort's premises.

Too much advertising

Some employees are assigned to conduct timeshare presentations. They can be a bit bothersome especially if they try to do a sales pitch during breakfast. If you are not interested in this endeavor, it's best if you avoid and politely decline their offers.
