Positive Reviews

A very quiet and lovely area

The guest house is located in a residential area, so there’s no trouble with loud nightclubs or traffic noise It’s also quite close to a few bars and restaurants so there’s plenty to do in the evening A lovely spot for a quiet weekend break.

Filling breakfast a great start to the day

The breakfast is perfect and very filling You get to pick what you want, and it’s cooked there and then using fresh ingredients Much better than the usual buffet fare on offer at budget hotels.

Great service with a smile

The people that run this guest house are very nice and always welcome you with a smile They have plenty of advice on where to eat or things to do in the local area Tips that only a local person would know!

Negative Reviews

Small and shabby rooms

The rooms are comfortable enough for a single person but a bit cramped for a couple They also don’t feel like they have been decorated for quite some time with a little paper peeling here and there It’s probably about right for the price.

Noisy room in a quiet area

As strange as it may seem, there have been a few complaints of interrupted sleep in this guest house The main culprit seems to be the water pumps for the en-suite bathrooms that make a bit of a racket when the toilets are flushed.

Car park is tiny

The ample car parking advertised is actually a small lot that fills up very quickly You may have to drive to another location before walking back to the guest house which is not really an ideal situation.
