Positive Reviews

Great location near the touristic sites

The biggest accolade of the hotel is its location, as it is centrally located and no matter which direction you walk within fifteen minutes you will be at a museum, famous department store, a canal with dozens of cafés or in the artists district.

Worth the price

While some guests did not have a very good experience at the hotel, the majority of them said that it was worth the price and would return. The price is very good for the prime location, which most guests say is what you pay for, but overall, the hotel did what it needed for these guests.

Quick access to the metro

Even though the hotel is in a centrally located area, if you don't feel like walking then you can take the metro with direct lines to various locations such as the Louvre, the Champs de Mars, Invalides and Place de la Concorde.

Negative Reviews

Hit or miss staff

While some guests have praised the staff for being very polite and helpful, some were not so impressed and claimed that the staff are very rude and unpleasant.

Unreliable Wi-Fi

You'll find that the hotel's Wi-Fi may be a bit weak and the signal from the reception does not always reach all of the rooms.

Needs renovations

Some guests were not pleased with the hotel's accommodations. There have been complaints about dirty carpets, holes in the floor and paint coming off of the walls. Although, some guests did not mind. So far, the hotel has no plans for renovations.
