Positive Reviews

Excellent public transport

With Park City Transit right at the front door, getting to the ski slopes, shopping malls and entertainment spots is a breeze - a plus for anyone who doesn't want to deal with the hassle of renting a car and trying to park it while out exploring.

Relaxing hot tub

After a day of skiing on the slopes or walking the streets in Park City, guests say being able to come back to the hot tub and unwind is the perfect addition to their stay.

Staff go the extra mile

Staff members have been trained to excellent standards when it comes to customer service, making sure to return any items left-behind, quickly attending to room or maintenance issues, and will even arrange to get late-arriving packages to guests who have already left the hotel.

Negative Reviews

No pool curfew

Guests at the hotel for business or with early mornings have noted that the lack of pool curfew can lead to fair amount of noise in the late hours by guests who don't have such restrictions on their evenings. Earplugs are a safe bet, especially on weekends.

Disappointing breakfast

While breakfast is available at the hotel's on-site restaurant, some guests have been dissatisfied with the options provided, and others have mentioned that signs in the lobby are misleading - breakfast is not complimentary, but this information is not clearly stated and the bill can come as a surprise.

Confusing hotel layout

Some guests have had difficulty getting to the pool from their rooms, and have also noted that the elevators have been too hard to find and resulted in them carrying their bags up several flights of stairs. Asking staff ahead of time for directions can alleviate these issues, however.
