Positive Reviews

Very good location

Many guests have been fond of this hotel's location. The property sits in a central part of Penticton and is within walking distance of the beach, making it very convenient for those who want to hit the lake. It is also right across from the South Okanagan Events Centre.

On-site bar and restaurant

Guests have appreciated having access to the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar. The restaurant is open around the clock, so guests can get a bite to eat at any hour of the day or night. A number of other dining options are just a short walk away.

Comfortable beds

Multiple guests have found the beds at this hotel to be quite comfortable. Being able to sink into a comfortable bed at the end of a long day in the sun was a nice bonus for guests of this hotel.

Negative Reviews

Small, cramped rooms

Past guests have complained that the rooms are too small at this hotel, as there isn't much space for baggage or an area in which to relax. In addition, the bathrooms are quite small, leaving very little room for guests who want to get ready in comfort in the morning.

Old and dated property

There have been complaints about the age of the hotel and guests feel as though it is time for a renovation. Although the lobby looks quite new, the rooms and furniture are quite old and in a state of disrepair.

Poor housekeeping service

Numerous guests have said that the housekeeping staff doesn't do a very good job of keeping the rooms clean and will often skip rooms throughout the day. This left guests unhappy with the state of their rooms when staying at this property.
