Negative Reviews

Poor room soundproofing

Outside noise were not as bothersome as the noise coming from neighbouring rooms. Many guests have complained that they were able to hear conversations from the other side of the walls, and most especially banging of doors and loud footsteps on the hallways.

Minor complaints about the beds

Many of the previous guests complained about the beds, stating that they sunk significantly in the middle and made sleeping very difficult and awkward. The double beds were even harder to rest upon according to other guests.

Troublesome free Internet service

There were complaints about the free Wi-Fi. Although it worked on individual rooms, there were still complaints about it being slow and spotty, especially from those guests staying on the third level of the property.
