About Portsmouth Historic Dockyard

The Portsmouth Historic Dockyards is a working port of the Royal Navy. Attractions include the visitor center, the Mary Rose, HMS Warrior 1860 (the most powerful vessel of Queen Victorias fleet), HMS Victory (flagship of Admiral Horatio Nelson at the Battle of Trafalgar) and the Royal Museum. Harbour Tours are also available and facilities include shops and cafes. There are also a number of historic landmarks on the premises.

The Portsmouth Historic Dockyards are open everyday at 10 a.m. except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Last tickets are sold at 4:30 p.m. with the Dockyard Gates closing at 6:00 p.m. From November through March last tickets are sold at 4:00 p.m. and the gates close at 5:30 p.m.

There are a variety of pricing options and ticket arrangements. These include the All Inclusive Ticket (adults £16.50) for a year, Season Ticket (adults £30.00) valid for 18 months with other benefits, Individual Attraction Ticket (£12.00 to visit Mary Rose, HMS Victory, HMS Warrior or Action Stations for one visit on one day) or the Royal Naval Museum Only Ticket (£4.50).
