Positive Reviews

Quiet area with good transport links

If you prefer to be away from the constant buzz of central Prague and its incessant Stag and Hen parties, this hotel could be a good value solution. Guests find the area to be quite nice and calm, on the whole, yet with good transport links to the centre, several fast food chains and a Tesco supermarket nearby. You can walk to Andel metro station in about six or seven minutes or grab a tram nearby and be in the centre of Prague in ten minutes.

Nice buffet breakfast

Guests are very happy with the relatively large buffet breakfast spread that is offered to them every morning.

Pleasant rooms

Guests feel quite cosy in their rooms overall with extremely comfortable beds. They are well-maintained and kept clean and tidy.

Negative Reviews

Rooms can be noisy

If you've been allocated a street-facing room on one of the lower levels, guests warn that the constant traffic noise could be quite disturbing. There is a pretty busy road outside with many cars, scooters and trams making a din throughout the day. They suggest that you would be better off requesting a room on an upper floor.

No air-conditioning

Prague can get pretty hot and stuffy in the summer and guests are astounded that this four-star hotel doesn't even provide air-conditioning. If you feel too hot you will naturally feel like opening the window. Guests advise against this mistake, as you will just succeed in letting in the noise from the traffic outside and will get no sleep.

Smoking odour

Guests are often in a state of disbelief when they find the hotel reeks of smoke. They can not believe that the hotel doesn't have a no-smoking policy in this day and age and find it very off-putting.
