Positive Reviews

Convenient location near Termini Station

The first thing guests typically mentioned in their reviews was that they really liked the location of the hotel. It was described as being in a reasonable neighbourhood and very close to Termini Station. This is the city’s major transport hub, so guests found this very convenient. Many guests also mentioned that they felt comfortable walking to all of the city’s major attractions, perhaps with the exception of the Vatican.

Big bathrooms

While guests were quite happy with the size of their rooms in general, they were typically astonished by the size of the bathrooms. They were often described as huge and it seems the guests certainly appreciated the luxury of all that extra space.

Staff offers excellent hospitality

Guests had nothing but good things to say about the staff here, especially those on reception duty. They were invariably described as warm and friendly, with guests made to feel very much at home. They were also more than willing to help out with city information or other practical matters.

Negative Reviews

Some rooms have external bathrooms

While all rooms have private bathrooms, in a minority of cases these are located outside the room. Guests found the lack of privacy this entailed a little annoying.

Hard to find initially

Like many other small guest houses in the city, it seems there is no obvious sign outside the building to indicate that the guest house is located there. It may be a city ordinance issue but, whatever the reason, guests reported that it made it difficult to find the property when arriving for the first time.

Breakfast is too simple

Guests did not really think much of the breakfast offered here, reporting that it was extremely basic and did not make for the best start to their day.
