Nice Location

The area was found to be a quiet oasis for guests who were happy to hear birds sing in the morning. It is also said to be a beautiful neighbourhood in Rome with the churches and a nice courtyard nearby.

No Lift

For those guests who had a room upstairs, some of them would have preferred to have a lift to go upstairs. This was true if there was heavy luggage to carry upstairs. Those who need a lift are recommended to get a room downstairs.

Fluctuating Wi-Fi

The guests who used the Wi-Fi found that the signal would go on and off during their stay. They would have preferred a more stable connection that was reliable and fast. Instead, they got a signal that would work only in certain areas.

No Free Drinks or Tea Makers

Some guests would have enjoyed having some free hot drinks, especially during the cold weather. They also would have liked to have some tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms to make their own drinks.
