Positive Reviews

Central location with great transport links

When taking into account overall feedback, the location of the hotel was defined as its biggest advantage by far. Not only is the Roma Termini Railway Station a short stroll away, but the accommodation is within walking distance of many attractions, shops and restaurants.

Acceptable cleanliness levels

Although it was not always the case, the majority of past visitors were content with the hygiene standards of the accommodation. The rooms in particular were described as clean and tidy at times.

Cheaper than alternative choices

When compared to other choices in the area, and despite its limitations, the hotel does hold the advantage of being apparently one of the most inexpensive options available – an aspect that was somewhat appreciated by various former guests.

Negative Reviews

Poor rooms with limited soundproofing

According to the general sentiments of past visitors, the rooms were one of the worst aspects about staying at the accommodation. As well as reportedly showing plenty of distress and with some not having en-suite facilities, the soundproofing of the rooms was seen as insufficient in keeping out noise.

Expensive Wi-Fi below standard

The hotel’s Wi-Fi service was routinely lambasted by former guests, with it not being inclusive – and considered expensive to use – being a regular source of criticism. Furthermore, for those that did pay for the privilege, the Wi-Fi was judged to be far below an acceptable standard.

Service lacking in quality

The staff members were negatively received by a large number of those that previously stayed at the accommodation. Along with communication issues, the front desk personnel were often considered unhelpful and even rude on occasion.
