Quiet yet convenient location.

The hotel is a bit of a distance away from the main tourist spots which meant that guests could enjoy peaceful and quiet evenings. The location was described as very handy by those who stayed here as it's just steps away from the nearest train station.

Good quality breakfasts.

Guests were complimentary of the breakfasts served on the premises which included a wide choice of items. The food was said to be fresh and of good quality whilst the portions were said to be ample. Many also appreciated the generous amounts of fresh coffee and tea.

Friendly and approachable staff.

According to many, the front-desk staff displayed a courteous and positive attitude often willing to assist the guests with their queries and requests. Guests were able to get helpful information from the staff with regards to the local area and many found them efficient when it came to handling various issues.

Negative Reviews

Some rooms on the small side.

The single rooms have been described as being very compact with quite a few guests stating that they had hardly any space to move around in between the furniture. Lack of storage space also posed problems.

Maintenance issues.

Guests reported several maintenance problems including faulty televisions and mouldy bathroom fixtures. Damp patches on the walls were also an eye-sore.

Dated interiors.

The decor was described as quite tired-looking and in need of modernisation. Quite a few guests objected to old-fashioned furniture and rather tatty looking carpets and upholstery.
