Positive Reviews

No need to pay for breakfast

Guests were thrilled with the free croissant, bottled water and all-day complimentary coffee. They were pleased that they didn't have to pay for an extra meal, and felt quite content with their morning snack.

Highly recommended for budget travellers

Travellers felt they got great value for their money at this hotel. Once they walked through the doors and off the street, they were amazed by the lovely quaint interiors. You go through an old wooden door, down a long hallway, before entering a pretty indoor courtyard. The elevator takes you to the third floor where the friendly reception staff will get you checked in.

Welcoming staff

The staff and owners are ready with a warm welcome for their guests. They are well-versed on the must-see sights in the area, and even though they sometimes struggle to speak English well, they will still go out of their way to assist.

Negative Reviews

Not a glamorous neighbourhood

The surrounding area has been described by travellers to be a little unsavoury. Several guests said they felt unsafe, the streets were full of litter, and it was rather noisy.

Difficult to find

Once you come out of Termini Station, you might be a little confused with what direction to take. There were no signs indicating the direction, and once guests did locate the hotel, they had to search for the reception which they eventually found on the third floor.

Bathrooms different to photos

The bathrooms are a bit compact and were not reflective when compared to the advertised pictures. Guests also felt the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be slightly improved.
