Stairs posing a problem for some guests.

There is no lift on the premises which means that those guests whose rooms are on the upper floors have to climb several flights of stairs. Some guests with mobility issues and those carrying heavy luggage complained about having to climb the stairs in o

Walls on the thin side.

Guests were irritated by the noise from the adjoining rooms which they said was due to the very thin walls. Many complained about hearing televisions from the neighbouring rooms as well as the other guests using the bathroom.

Small rooms.

Some of the superior rooms as well as the standard rooms have been described as quite cramped. Guests were critical of the lack of storage space and the size of the beds which they said were too small.
