Beautiful, Quiet and Central Location

Abrat San Antonio is very centrally-located but also quiet and private despite being close to the centre of town. A beautiful beach is just steps away from the hotel where guests can enjoy spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Traditional, Clean and Spacious Guest Rooms

The large guest rooms feature traditional decor that suits the relaxing mood of the hotel. The views are amazing, the bathrooms are spacious, the Wi-Fi works perfectly and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day.

Staff Members are Welcoming, Friendly and Helpful

Guests are welcomed with a smile and friendly service that continues throughout the entire stay. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly and efficiently and staff members go out of their way to accommodate guests any way they can. Some guests even reported that staff remember them from previous visits.

Negative Reviews

The Area Around the Hotel is Very Noisy

There is a lot of noise around Abrat at all hours of the day and night. Some guests reporting that there was loud music continuously blaring near the pool while others reported that there were a lot of young people staying at the hotel who seemed to be just there to party and this resulted in a lot of noise such as yelling and slamming doors.

Guest Rooms are in Need of Refurbishment

Guests have reported that although they were sold a room with a sea view, the sea is not visible from all rooms. Also reported was a lack of basic amenities, shabby bathrooms, old and uncomfortable beds, poor lighting and tattered furnishings.

Meals are Repetitive and of Poor Quality

The food in the restaurant is poor-quality and is poorly made. Guests have reported that the same meals are served over and over again, some items are undercooked or overcooked and the service is slow.
