Positive Reviews

The Setting is Gorgeous

Guests say the hotel's location can't be beat for natural beauty. There are ocean and mountain views along with beautifully manicured gardens and winding paths throughout the property which mesh perfectly with the Spanish-style architecture. Many guests say the setting is unique and the property is meticulously maintained.

Lovely, Private Cottages

With rooms spread out across the property, some of the cottages feel like private hideaways. Guests love the secluded terraces and say you can take a midnight stroll to the ocean, which is just 50 feet away.

Four Seasons' Service

Guests who stay here expect five-star service and the staff doesn't disappoint. High standards, exceptional service and attention to the small details are what guests say they get here, along with friendly faces.

Negative Reviews

Cabana Club Access Isn't Free for Everyone

Access to the private Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club is included with some rooms, but not others. The exclusive club has a pool, fitness center and private cabanas, but unless entrance is included with your room, you'll have to pay a daily fee to use the facilities.

Not All Rooms and Views are Equal

Rooms and suites are spread out at the resort and not all have the same views. Some guests complain that cottages near the rear of the property are near parking lots and don't offer much in the way of a view.

Beware the Freight Train

The resort is located near a rail line and unfortunately, some guests say they've been woken by a freight train travelling through the area in the middle of the night.
