Beautiful views from rooms; pet friendly

The USP of the rooms at the resort is the beautiful ocean and mountain views say guests. Guests traveling with dogs find it a great place as the pets are greeted with dog bones on arrival besides having a dog friendly restaurant on site.

Negative Reviews

Bar restaurant service poor

Some guests are not too happy with the service at the bar restaurant of the resort. On one night they did not get the appetizers ordered. On another night, they were told that one of the kitchens was closed, so they had to wait for over an hour for the food to arrive.

Noise issues

Many guests have issues with the noise they are subjected to at the resort. Many a time the source is from rowdy groups residing at the resort; they keep slamming doors and walking heavily keeping the guests awake till late in the nights. The noise from the trains passing in front of the resort is constantly heard.

Balconies are not secured

The balconies in the rooms have sliding doors that could not be locked. Guests find this insecure. The aluminum bar provided for security is too flimsy to provide any security.
