Wonderful location downtown

The hotel is in a great spot to enjoy downtown Santa Fe. Guests love that many sights, good restaurants, great nightlife venues and lovely boutiques are very close by and can be reached on foot in leisurely walking distance of some minutes.

Historic hotel, great rooms

The hotel and rooms represent the historic location and folk art of Santa Fe. Many guests liked the design in the public areas and the boutique feel of the rooms. The hotel has been updated and the clean, cosy rooms reflect that. Comfortable beds and other amenities make your stay excellent.

Great staff

Many guests feel that this hotel provides excellent customer service. From the bell hops to the concierge they enjoyed friendly service. Good recommendations for restaurants, or a ticket to a local show or sight, you can get the help you need to make your Santa Fe trip a real highlight.

Negative Reviews

Some rooms are small

The cheapest room category tends to be on the small side. The hotel also offers suites and deluxe rooms which provide more space. If you would like to have a more spacious room an upgrade might be the way to go.

Parking spaces are narrow

Some guests felt that the parking spaces are not adequate for larger cars. There is other parking available in the vicinity so you do not have to utilise the hotel parking lot.

Kind of a tourist attraction itself

Some guests felt disturbed by tourists who come into the hotel to look at it, as it seems to be a popular attraction itself. If you want a quiet lobby area this might not be the best pick for your stay.
