First class service from staff

The standard of service offered by the staff at this hotel has been a source of constant satisfaction to guests. The check-in is said to be smooth and quick and guests have been in their rooms quickly. Guests who had questions found them answered quickly and any issues addressed promptly.

Clean and well maintained throughout

This hotel scores top marks for cleanliness, with guests finding both the rooms and public areas of the property beautifully clean. The hotel is relatively new so facilities probably haven’t had a chance to age but, that said, guests do find the property is well kept throughout.

Convenient location

Although a small number of guests would have preferred to stay closer to the downtown area, most have enjoyed the location of the hotel. There’s a decent selection of shops and dining spots in the immediate area and area attractions are easily accessible by car.

Negative Reviews

No exhaust fans in bathrooms

A minor point perhaps but guests do note that there are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. This leaves the rooms a little stuffy after taking a shower or bath.

Internal soundproofing could be better

For a new hotel, the internal soundproofing seems like it could have been installed to a much higher standard. As it is, guests have been able to hear fellow guests in adjacent rooms and also from the hallways.
