St. Brides Spa is a sophisticated Spa hotel overlooking Sandersfoot Harbour.

Guest room are individually decorated and boast contemporary décor. Satellite TV with Sky channels and DVD, in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, minifridge with fresh milk, bathrobes and slippers, free Wi-Fi and hairdryers are standard.

St. Brides Spa offers a menu of beauty treatments, holistic treatments and massage menu, heated treatment pool, sauna and steam. Room service, free parking, exercise room, and laundry/dry cleaning services are a plus. Breakfast is included in your stay.

The Cliff Restaurant uses locally-sourced ingredients and features seafood. The Gallery Bar serves cocktails and light bites. Try The Mermaid and The Marina at the nearby harbour, or for traditional British fare, visit Mulberry, also nearby.

Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, St. David’s Cathedral, Pembroke Castle, St. Govan’s Chapel and Picton Castle and Gardens are a short drive away.

A super location.

Overlooking Sandersfoot Harbour, this hotel is a five-minute walk from the beach. A short stroll takes you to eclectic shops, restaurants and bars, and the hotel is just two miles from the train station, which makes travel a snap.

Pets are welcome.

St. Brides Spa welcomes pets which is great news for those who like to travel with their favourite four-legged friends. Your dog will love it as well because there are lots of great walks to be had nearby.

The spa is incredible.

With a large and diverse menu of beauty and health treatments offered, it’s hard to choose just one. But this spa hotel makes it affordable to partake of a different treatment every day when you are staying there. After all, there’s nothing more relaxing than a spa day, unless you get to have two or three.

Negative Reviews

The restaurant doesn’t serve lunch.

The Cliff Restaurant in the main hotel does not serve lunch which is kind of a drag if you just want to stay put and relax. But they do offer two other dining establishments at the nearby harbor which have the added feature of an up-close view of the water.

Some of the guest rooms are small.

Some of the guest rooms at St. Brides Spa, especially those with a view of the Bay, are a bit on the small side. If you’re travelling with more than one person or just need room to maneuver, be sure to mention this at check-in.

The service in the restaurant can be slow.

You may have to wait to be seated and then again for a server to take your order as the service in the restaurant is a bit on the slow side. The good news is that once your food arrives, you’ll find it was worth the wait.
