Negative Reviews

Basement Rooms

Some of the rooms are in the basement, which guests did not realize until their arrival. Guests commented that these rooms are quite stuffy and have a noisy dehumidifier. The humidifier will emit a loud beeping alarm when full, which happened to a few guests in the middle of the night.

TV Trouble

A few guests had issues with the cable TV not working in their rooms, and other guests had poor reception. While most rooms have flat screen TVs, a few still have the old tube TVs which was dissapointing to some guests.

No Issues Reported

So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
