Positive Reviews

Very good hospitality

Reviews are filled with comments highlighting the wonderful service and warm hospitality shown by the people who own and run this B&B. Evidently, these are the kind of hosts who enjoy going out of their way to make sure their guests always feel well and truly welcome.

Great spot for sightseeing on foot

Travellers agree that this B&B's location makes getting around, even on foot, an absolute breeze. Visitors love having the expansive Peasholm Park at the bottom of the road, and appreciate being able to walk to the beach or Scarborough Open Air Theatre in just ten minutes.

Generous, good quality breakfasts

Satisfied visitors tend to say very good things about the full English breakfasts served up here. Diners say the considerable portions and high quality ingredients leave them feeling pleasantly full for most of the day.

Negative Reviews

Parking is often pretty tight

Although guests are generally appreciative of the B&B's on-site car park, it has been noted that its modest size makes getting in and out somewhat of a challenge at times.

Compact rooms

The rather bijou nature of the accommodations is something that tends to be brought up quite frequently in reviews. The compact bathrooms also receive criticism quite a lot.
