Central Location close to Seminyak Square

Guests have highly rated the hotel because of its central location and close proximity to the beaches. Many good restaurants and cafe like Earth Cafe are located within walking distance. Guests may walk and explore Seminyak, which is a fashionable suburb.

Good Customer Service

The staff at IZE Seminyak is very professional and makes the stay memorable by providing excellent service. They are very accommodating and promptly helps the guests with everything. Everyone is friendly and housekeeping cleans the rooms twice a day. From doing baby sitting in hour of need to giving surprises on your birthday, the staff goes out of the way.

Good Facilities

Guests liked the facilities at IZE Seminyak, especially the rooftop pool. The bar is also awesome with a band playing there every night. The chic hotel has been well-maintained and is very clean with beautiful decor.

Negative Reviews

Noise from Nearby Club

Some guests reported that the nearby club plays loud music, making it difficult to sleep. It is recommended by the guests to take a room on higher floors.

Better Breakfast Menu

Few guests felt that the breakfast should have had more selection of items. More variety should have been there. However, many guests appreciated the taste of breakfast items.

A Few Minor Issues

Some guests reported a few minor issues like lack of iron in room, insufficient coat hangers, lack of beds to relax on rooftop pool, inflated price for Airport transfers etc. However, these are minor issues and did not affect the overall stay.
