The villas are located in the heart of Seminyak but tucked away from the main road away from traffic noise. Visitors stated that the establishment is close to many shopping and dining outlets and that the beach and main attractions are within a 15-minute walk.

The villa staff was highly praised for their warmth and professionalism. Reviewers reported that the employees were quick to respond to any issues and were attentive to the needs of guests. Those who booked spa treatments also said that the services were very good.

Negative Reviews

Facilities are starting to show their age.

A number of travellers noted that the villas are starting to look a bit tired and are in need of an update. Along with the dated appearance, people reported age-related issues such as worn towels and linens, air conditioning and light fixtures in need of maintenance, and old uncomfortable mattresses.

Breakfast could be improved.

Guests stated that the daily breakfasts were merely average and offered a limited selection. Many also found it inconvenient that the restaurant was not within walking distance of the property and they often had to wait awhile for one of the free buggies to take them there.
