Rays Resort is a Gold Coast apartment complex that overlooks The Broadwater. This modern building features an outdoor pool and a fitness room.

Super location

The location of this aparthotel means that you get great views no matter what unit you are staying in. It's in a nice quiet area away from the main strip but is still close enough to quite a few restaurants and shops.

Great amenities

You get secure parking for each apartment at this hotel, but it's the pool and barbecue facilities that really impress guests. They say that both are very well maintained and spotless. The spa pool is perfect for relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing.

Friendly staff

The people that work here are extremely friendly but at the same time not overly pushy. They will leave you alone to fend for yourself, but if you need any help, then all you have to do is ask. Guests like the service here as the feel it's non-intrusive.

Negative Reviews

Terrible air con units

The air conditioning units in each apartment have seen better days. In fact, they are most likely on their last legs as they sound terribly noisy the entire time they are turned on. This makes it difficult to sleep if you are not used to a constant humming throughout the night.

Poor quality accommodation

To say the apartments are a little dated would be a huge understatement. They're very old throughout and even have some plastic furniture. The entire place needs to be renovated, and guests feel that in the condition it is now in, the rates are far too high.
