About Cliffrose Springdale, Curio Collection by Hilton

This upmarket riverside hotel in five acres of manicured grounds enjoys a highly scenic setting on the fringes of Zion National Park. Along with some spectacular views, Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens boasts a private riverside beach and a heated outdoor pool (seasonal).

Stylish, contemporary guest rooms come with private balconies, many of which offer views. Flat-screen TVs and microwaves are standard features, as are mini fridges and coffee-makers. Upgraded accommodations provide seating areas and sofa-beds.

Guests can enjoy a dip in several hot tubs, and cosy around a fire pit in the evening. Event facilities and a 24-hour business centre are available too. Both Wi-Fi and parking are free.

Complimentary tea/coffee is provided all day, and barbecue grills are on hand for guests who enjoy al fresco catering. There's also a cafe next door and a restaurant, Thai Sapa, just across the road.

Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens is a seven-minute walk from the Zion Canyon Visitor Center, and an hour's drive from Coral Pink Sand Dunes.

Positive Reviews

Serene Location, Perfect for Zion National Park

An absolutely tranquil venue. Walk along the Virgin River for ten minutes out the hotel door, and you'll be at the entrance to Zion National Park. If you prefer to stay close to base, there's plenty of outdoor grills, fire pits and riverside beach areas with seating provided. The grounds are stunning, spread over five full acres, each part even more beautifully manicured than the last. There's a refreshing pool, several stress-relieving hot tubs and laundry facilities to boot. Don't miss the daily breakfast - the selection is substantial including breakfast burritos, bagels, waffles, egg dishes, bacon, sausage, yogurt, granola, muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Try dinner in the on-site bistro, too - the flatbreads, hummus trio and cocktails are recommended!

Superb Staff

Friendly and helpful staff will ensure your comfort from arrival to departure.

Well-Supplied Rooms, Excellent Views

The rooms are kept in pristine condition with everything you need. Many kitchens have full-size refrigerators and all the utencils necessary for preparing lunches for the day's hike or simple meals. Balconies have outstanding views of area wildlife and beauty. Don't be surprised to have hummingbirds and deer cross your path! At night, plan to sit out under the stars - it's absolute serenity.

Negative Reviews

Noise Complaints

Some of the air conditioners are noisy, and so are the ice machines and front desk activity if placed in a room nearby. Bring your earplugs.

A Little Pricey

Some will find the price is a bit high for the slightly shabby provisions, with ripped carpeting, average food and a few occasional amenities malfunctioning.

Lobby Closes Early

If you need a snack or drink after 9 pm, be sure to stock some in your fridge. The lobby closes and that's where the vending machines are located.
