Hot Rooms.

Several guests found that their rooms were quite warm. Apparently neither the radiator nor the heated towel bar could not be turned off. Even staff, when called, were unable to cool the room and some guests had to shift rooms in the night to get comfortab

No Lifts.

The lack of lifts made the trip to the room a trek for some guests. In addition to carrying luggage up several flights of stairs, guests also had to wind their way through a maze of corridors to find their rooms.

In Need of TLC.

Several guests found that sections of the hotel are in need of TLC. The carpet is threadbare and torn in some rooms. Other guests found chairs with upholstery that was worn to the wood. Tile in the bath was cracked in places and in need of repair.
