Lack of hospitality trays.

Guests who wanted to make themselves a hot drink in their rooms were disappointed to find a lack of tea and coffee making facilities. Although they could order the drinks from reception many said they would have preferred to be able to make their own drin

Some guests mentioned that they would have liked to have had a place to sit and relax other than their rooms and also said that a lack of an on-site bar prevented them from fully enjoying their stay.
