Poor sound insulation

In certain instances, guests have experienced constant noise from outside throughout the day and till midnight. Moreover, the walls of guest rooms are comparatively thin due to which past guests had to overhear people next door and moving nearby.

Luxury at a huge price

Sometimes it gets difficult to please all, while most of the guests have enjoyed the luxury at Cameron Highlands Resort, some have felt that the hotel is slightly over-priced due to its location that's slightly away from the city.

No air-conditioning led to discomfort

As mentioned by past guests, some of the guest rooms at this property does not have the facility of air-conditioning. Past guests felt uncomfortable because of the hot weather and no cooling and as a result had a not-so memorable stay.
