Positive Reviews

Location is spot on

As well as being close to the famed Shibaya Crossing and the train station (which has a direct link to Narita Airport via the JR Narita Express), this hotel is near some great shopping stores and has more restaurants on its doorstep than you can shake a pair of chopsticks at. Having the hip cafes and boutiques of Daikanyama within an easy 15-minute stroll is pretty cool too.

Very quiet in the accommodations

The real beauty of this hotel is that, despite its proximity to the action, the guest rooms are far enough away from it all to afford plenty in the way of peace and quiet. The addition of effective soundproofing helps matters too as it ensures the elevated expressway which runs close by doesn’t disturb your down-time either.

Supremely clean and tidy everywhere

It is fair to say that the old cliché of Japanese metropolitan hotels being so clean they could almost be sterile is realised to devastating effect here. This place is absolutely pristine throughout.

Negative Reviews

Most of the rooms at this hotel are, to put it bluntly, miniscule. If you book a double room then be aware: you'll only have access to one side of the bed so you’re going to have to clamber over your partner every time you want to get out...

There’s only one (slow) lift...

...And this building has no less than 14 floors. Unsurprisingly, this can lead to quite a bit of waiting around during busy periods.

Soft beds aren’t the most comfy

Many visitors have been less-than-impressed by the super-soft beds in the accommodations. Wakey, achy...
