Lovely Location

The hotel boasts a convenient location, though not in the heart of the city, very close to the Ayase subway station. Guests found the local area quite interesting, full of shops and restaurants, as well as little convenience stores. The hotel has excellent public transport connections with the rest of Tokyo, and also close to the airport.

Simply Satisfying

The rooms are said to be quite cosy but very clean and comfortable, like a typical Japanese business hotel. Despite the small space, they are very well appointed with everything you need and a strong shower. Guests appreciated the modern A/C, tea kettle, and the convenient mini-fridge.

Kohikan Cafe and Coffee Shop

Guests recommend visiting the onsite Kohikan Café. They serve great coffee and a lovely breakfast. It's also a great spot to grab a lunch or even a small bite to eat. The menu has lots of great dishes and caters to a wide variety of tastes.

Confused in the City

If you plan on arriving by subway, you may find it a bit confusing, as the station has lots of exists. Guests say the west one is the closest to the hotel. However, if you need an elevator, only the east exit has one.
