Positive Reviews

Immaculate facilities for relaxing

You really do feel relaxed and taken care of when staying at the Park Hyatt-Tokyo. The facilities on offer are designed to maximize the comfort levels of guests, whether its taking a deep bath in your own spa like bathroom, or enjoying the rooftop pool, this hotel works hard to keep you in your comfort zone.

Everyone gets a world class view

This hotel occupies the top 14 floors of Shinjuku Park Tower. No matter what floor or room you're in, you are guaranteed a skyline view of Tokyo. One of the best locations in the hotel to view the city is found by the rooftop pool and deck. Be sure to check it out during the evenings.

The atmosphere is 'just right'

When you enter the hotel, you can sense a certain ambience, a type of welcoming warmness you would hope to find in a world class hotel such as this one. The staff only heighten this experience by caring for your every need with a smile.

Negative Reviews

Confusing layout and structure

The main entrance of the building is quite hard to find if you have not arrived by shuttle. The entrance to the hotel is also confusing and takes a while to get to from outside.

Location is key for vacationers

The location of the hotel could end up being a little too far off from the action if you're on holiday and plan to tour the city. The Park Hyatt-Tokyo is situated in the financial district of Tokyo and might be lacking tourist attractions in the immediate surroundings.

Lobby layout too dis-functional

As you enter the lobby, the front desk is a bit of a walk and can feel quite awkward. There is a lack of seating areas for guests who are waiting to be check in and although the layout of the lobby is badly planned, the decor and fittings are outstanding in quality.
