Positive Reviews

Tokyo Station, metro stops & Ginza shopping close

People seemed to be very satisfied with their location in Tokyo's Nihonbashi/Ginza district, especially since they could apparently easily reach it from Tokyo Station and that there were also Metro stations found very close by. Moreover, some great shops and restaurants were thought to be present in the area and especially on the Ginza Shopping Street.

Modern, comfy rooms with good amenities

The facilities here were described as modern, clean, smartly designed and attractively outfitted and rather importantly, comfortable. On top of this, the rooms here were reported to be quiet, air conditioned and well equipped in terms of amenities and people appreciated being able to use washing facilities and store their luggage outside of their stay.

Staff, free hot drinks and breakfasts well liked

Those who booked a stay at this hotel were of the opinion that the staff were absolutely on point — amiable, skilled in English, efficient and polite. People also liked the fact that complimentary tea and coffee was offered in the reception, while those who dined in for breakfast enjoyed the range of Japanese and Western dishes on offer.

Negative Reviews

Rooms do not give much room for luggage

It appears that the only issue guests really had here was that the rooms were a bit smaller than they expected, with many mentioning that there was barely enough room to open up their luggage around their bed.
