Positive Reviews

Super trendy and retro hotel

Guests loved the ultra-chic and modern vibe of this hotel, especially the well-appointed guest rooms. The furniture was considered to be current, well-designed, and with plenty of space to enjoy the artistic flair throughout.

This hotel has its own personality

From the manually operated elevators, to the 19th century historic charm and character of the building, guests loved the artistic atmosphere. You will even find a complete textile show on the third floor for guests to peruse.

you love your coffee?

There's free coffee on each and every floor at this hotel, and its available 24/7. Guests have said it's a life-saver, especially after a long day exploring Toronto and all it's sights and sounds.

Negative Reviews

Small bathrooms

Several guests found it hard to move about in and felt they had to move out of the bathroom to the main room to get dressed comfortably. Unfortunately the complaints from guests were not limited to only the bathroom but the rooms themselves as well, they rported that everything felt quite tight.
