Nice Rooms

Guests enjoyed the spacious and bright rooms they had during their stay. The furnishings were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the amenities modern. The children’s rooms in the suites were a very unique touch to have for families.

Friendly Staff Members

The staff were thought to have gone beyond customer service expectations. They answered many of the questions that the guests would ask them in a detailed and patient manner. Guests appreciated their respectful and professional manner.

Great Location

The hotel is said to have an ideal location across from Tokyo Disneyland and other Disney parks. The free shuttles also made it easier for guests to move around in the area. It is also close to other public transport stations and to the city’s attractions.

Negative Reviews

No Free Water

Many guests did not like the fact the hotel did not provide for free water. They would have preferred water during their stay because it is a necessity and for the price, needed to be included.

Paid Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi was thought to be an amenity that did not have to be paid for. Guests were disappointed the Wi-Fi was not free and that it was not reliable or quick. They were perplexed the Internet was awful.

Mixed Food Experience

The food at the hotel was thought to be below average by guests who stayed here. They felt the breakfast buffet could have more options and more space. The buffet dinners could have concentrated more on traditional Japanese cuisine.
