The Alley memorial sites are located in Varna's Sea Garden. The memorials are placed in two rows facing each other across a strip of lawn. There are a total of 30 plaques in black marble commemorating important people, places and events in Bulgarian history, including:

Sliven - Birthplace of Dobri Chintulov.
Shipka - Location of an epic-heroic battle.
Dryanovo Monastery - Refuge of Vasil Levski.
Karlovo - Birthplace of Vasil Levski, Apostle of Bulgarian freedom,
Veliki Preslav - Capital of the first Bulgarian kingdom.
Bansko - Birthplace of Paisij of Hilendar, author of "Slav-Bulgarian History".
Bansko - Birthplace of Neophyte Rilski, the Bulgarian Revival activist and popular teacher, and of the great poet Nikola Vaptsarov.
Biala Cherkva - Birthplace of Bacho Kiro, popular teacher, activist and revolutionary.
Shumen - Birthplace of Panajot Volov, one of the leaders of the April Uprising.
