Clean, straightforward rooms

The hotel’s unfussy guestrooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. All areas, including the bathrooms, are clean and housekeeping is provided regularly in all of the rooms.

Poor wireless Internet connectivity

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection didn’t live up to the expectation of many guests. Guests were disappointed with their browsing experience as the connection was unstable and the speeds were slow. The connection was unreliable as it was down most of the time.

A bit tricky locating the hotel

Quite a number of guests had trouble locating the hotel. Guests felt that this was due to there being no clear signage outside the building. Those who raised their concerns on this issue were mainly first time guests.

Poorly soundproofed guestrooms

Guests have complained about their room’s soundproofing. The hotel’s the thin walls hardly prevent sound to travel from room to room. As a result, the sound of flushing toilets, noisy fans and loud conversations from neighbouring rooms got in the way of a peaceful stay.
