Large, clean rooms

Many guests have been impressed by the rooms at this property, saying that they are large and kept very clean. This ensured that guests had a comfortable stay at the hotel, as they could relax in their spacious accommodation after returning for the night.

Central location

Numerous guests have been content with the location of the hotel. Although the property isn't in downtown Victoria, it is only a 20 minute drive from that area and is also close to Victoria International Airport and the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal.

Nice outdoor pool

Past guests have found the outdoor pool at the property to be quite enjoyable on a hot summer's day. Guests who visited the hotel during the summer months often get a fair amount of use out of the pool.

Negative Reviews

Doesn't offer free breakfast

Multiple guests have been disappointed by this hotel not offering a free breakfast. While there is a restaurant on-site that does have breakfast, guests would have liked to see something included in the price of their rooms.

Noise from the traffic

There have been complaints about the noise levels at this hotel. Much of this noise comes from Highway 17, which runs right outside of the property, although there have been mentions of noise coming from neighbouring guest rooms and the air conditioning units, as well.

A little dated

Guests have reported that this property is a little old and dated. These guests feel as though a renovation could be in order in the near future to improve the overall quality of the accommodations.
