Villa Opera

Nestled half way up the slope of the hill on which Volterra is perched, this country house of the late XVIIIth century has been fully restored and sectioned into nine self-contained apartments. Once settled in at Villa Opera, you may pursue three or more vacation strategies.

The nine apartments have all been tastefully furnished with period pieces. We have curated all details and equipped the apartments with every comfort.
The swimming pool among the olive trees overlooks a view of rare beauty. Outside tables are placed here and there on an ample lawn surrounding the house. There is a grill/barbecue area. Our guests may use them for open air meals, making it a perfect day.
For those who want it, agritourism is a social microcosm. Guests share common areas. You may want to meet other people, or prefer to be on your own. Guests must respect the private sphere of others at all times.The family running Villa Opera is present, but discreetly. It leaves the initiative to the guests.
